How it works

  1. An administrator creates the event and designates its groups.
  2. Each group’s leader is delegated: they add their members and hand each one an invitation — a QR code that opens the member’s own registration page.
  3. Members register and upload a photo. Leaders approve or decline photos, with a reason the member can read.
  4. The credentialing office issues and prints credentials; leaders record the identity check when members collect them.
  5. Anyone with a scanner verifies a credential against the ledger, live.
