Import photos

Add photographs on participants' behalf — from a shared drive, a previous event, or an authoritative source. Imported photos still require approval before anything can be printed.

JPEG or PNG, up to 6 MB each. Select as many as you like. Name each file after the participant ID (for example E26A7F3B91.jpg) or after their full name (Imogen Clarke.jpg).

What happens to them

Every imported photo lands in Photo review awaiting approval, exactly as if the participant had submitted it themselves. Importing is not approving — the credentialing office still confirms each face before a credential can be printed.

Importing a photo for someone who already has an approved one replaces it, and sends them back to awaiting approval. You will be told when that happens.
